Overview

Refunds and returns on hand crafted items are unlikely, though might be considered on a case by case instance.

Late or missing refunds

If by some chance I have agreed to a refund, I will annoy the crap out of you to make sure every step is done correctly. Seriously, you will get annoyed.

Gifted items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or if they gave you the gift personally, and you wish to return it to me… i don’t know what to say.

I spend HOURS making all the hand crafted items. almost everything is custom, so if it was a gift, they had it made for you. If it was a gag/joke gift, and you didn’t apricate it, you need to talk to them about it, or regift/resell it. If you push me about it, I WILL reach out to them.

Arts and crafts take HOURS of time, plus a lot of other things. The creator is given money to make up for the time and everything else. I am to small of a creator to be able to do refunds except in very special cases.
